It is necessary to install Dante Controller before using R Remote software.When updating R series or Tio1608-D firmware using R Remote, the button is occasionally grayed-out and it is not possible to select the firmware file.This may happen when a network interface for Dante is not configured correctly. (This will be improved in a future update so that a message will appear when the button is grayed-out.) In this case, from Dante Controller select the correct network interface in the Configure Dante Interfaces dialog, and make sure that the devices are shown in Dante Controller. In the "System Preferences" -> "Network" screen, if using manually configured settings, leave the router item blank or enter the IP address of the connected router.When using with Dante Controller, there are cases in which the device can no longer be found correctly.
